How Many Platters Should I Order?
For a “full lunch” our platter servings are broadly based on an average “Tradie” requiring approx. ‘1 x standard platter’ each, except for the “bunker board” at 2 people, the VIP Lamb Platter and slider board at approx 3 to 4 people and the Orlando Meat Board at up to 4 or 5 people depending on appitite.
The above allows you to budget approx average of $20 to $25 per person for a full lunch when platters are shared to the centre of the table for everyone to help themselves with side plates and napkins.
As an “in-between” or morning / afternoon tea or pre-dinner’ bar snack, and depending on appetites, we work on approx. 1 platter per 3 people or 4 to 5 for the Antipasto and 5 to 6 for the VIP Lamb Platter.(approx. $10 per person)The Sweets Platter is usually based on approx 4 to 5 guests as a small desert has approx. 4 to 5 small, sweet treats.
Please note the above quantities are a guide only as you will know your guests better than we do and therefore you would need to adjust your order accordingly to suit.
Pré-Orders are advised for larger groups with all “VIP Lamb Platters”, Meat BoardPlatters and “Celebration Platters” to be ordered a minimum of 2 days in advance.
NB: pre orders, once processed and sent through to our chefs cannot be changed, although you are welcome to add further pre-orders or just add additional platters either on arrival or during your session as time allows.
