Sample 2 Hour Afternoon 40th Birthday Party with 20 to 50 guests, 3 x golf mats and an unlimited supply of golf balls

2:15pm – Pre-Event Set-up
You arrive at Orlando to set-up balloons photo board etc and to liaise with staff before guests arrival, including bar tabs and wristbands, or arrival drinks to guests as they arrive if required etc

2.30pm - Guests arrive at Orlando Country.
Our staff will ensure you are well set-up to greet your guests on arrival into the function room entrance which then opens out onto the veranda which includes seating and leaners to suit Guests are welcome to purchase a drink from the bar or you may wish to run a bar tab during either part or all of your stay.

Our staff will set you alight with your endless supply of golf balls.

2:50 / 3pm - Your platter Pre–order is served to your guests at a trestle central to guests. For an in between (non-lunch) session you would possibly budget on a platter per 3 people to be shared

4:00pm – If you have ordered a celebration cake or sweets platters we would serve these around this time

4:15pm - Our staff will host your best golfer to try for a bar tab competition win by hitting an orange golf ball into the nets

 4:30pm - Guests would begin to depart from Orlando Country for the area to be cleared by 4:45pm

The cost of the above would be approx as follows:
Venue Hire for a 2 hour Function $1189 and includes the following:

Exclusive use of the Lake House Function room, adjacent veranda and driving range bays (includes unlimited golf balls for the duration of you stay).
The area would be furnished with leaners and stools, trestle tables and chairs to suit your group and style of event.

Venue set-up:

• Your venue hire includes a 15minute pre-event set-up time to add in flowers, balloons, photo boards etc

• We also have AV equipment for hire if required.

• Golf Clubs – You are welcome to bring your own clubs or Orlando Golf clubs can be hired for the duration (pricing is based on approx.  $7.50per mat and includes driver | iron | wedge)

What's included in the $1189 venue hire above?

• An outdoor space suitable for the size of your group, which includes seating and tables along with access to an indoor area that also includes seating.

• An unlimited supply of golf balls for the duration of your stay

• 3 Driving Range Mats

• A driving range competition for all guests to participate in with a chance to win yourself a bar tab

• Water / glasses to each area

• Kids clubs FREE - You're welcome to bring your own clubs

What's not included?

• Refreshments — we can run a cash bar or you may wish to run a bar tab for guests

• Menu items—all platter and menu items are charged separately to the venue hire with pre-orders advise although additional items can be ordered during your function.

• Extended time beyond your reservation (although there maybe casual space available behind the bays for a few of you to finish catching up)

• Alterations to the venue / room décor – although this is very rarely required due to the existing furniture and fit-out, there would be additional charges for alterations or should you require an extended set-up time.
